Your First Visit:

Every new client starts with an in-depth consultation. I always chat with my clients no matter how long I have been seeing them. This way I can offer any fresh new looks for the season and trouble-shoot any concerns.

Some of the things we will chat about are:
- Your personal style & clothing
- Hair likes and dislikes
- Your personal & business lifestyle needs
- The history of your hair – Previous experiences
- What Products you use at home and how you use them
- How much time you spend (or want to spend) on your hair
- I will analyze your height, weight, face shape, skin & hair colour

All of these things help me determine your exact needs and desires for your hair. Then I am able to create different design options for you, and explain the services, cost of upkeep and home care for your new style.
I always ensure my clients comfort during the service by explaining steps and actions that are taking place. I always commit to delivering the highest quality of service.

At the end of your service I will recommend retail products to you that best fit your style and needs. I will also help you with any styling tips you may need…..free of charge.
